Compensation Senior Level – $25 USD per hour ($4,333 per month)

Overview We are recruiting on behalf of one of

our agency’s longest-standing global clients , an established U.S.-based technology company. Our partnership with this client spans multiple years and regions, supporting a wide range of high-impact engineering initiatives.

They are now expanding their front-end engineering team to enhance their

primary customer-facing application , a platform used by

millions of users worldwide .

We have already filled 9 out of the ten headcount for our new project team and are now looking for one additional Developer to join this high-visibility, long-term project. These roles are ideal for engineers across Latin America looking to contribute to a large-scale, modern web application with global reach.

Role Overview Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver advanced, scalable user interfaces for high-traffic applications. Work closely with backend service teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality across the platform. Contribute to a high-performing engineering culture through collaboration, mentorship, and adherence to best practices.

Requirements Senior Level (5–8 years): Has led projects end-to-end, delivering production-grade applications with minimal oversight. Strong ability to architect and optimize front-end solutions for performance and scalability.

Technical Requirements: Advanced hands-on experience with React.js, TypeScript, and Node.js, building modern, scalable web applications on AWS. Experience integrating API specifications and collaborating closely with backend teams. Clear and proven understanding of Web Accessibility Fundamentals, with real-world experience implementing accessibility standards in production environments. Several years of experience collaborating with English-speaking teams in distributed settings.

Interview Process This is a high-speed hiring cycle with the intent to extend an offer end of February Two technical coding challenge interviews conducted directly with the client’s engineering team, typically scheduled within 48 hours of initial application. Expedited decision process, with contracts issued immediately following final approval.
