Treasury Sales Head

Responsibilities

Lead the Treasury Sales team to achieve revenue and volume targets. Maintain and expand relationships with key clients and acquire new customers to grow the bank’s market share. Monitor daily performance, sales pipelines, and team activities, providing regular progress reports to the Division Head and Board of Directors. Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with market conditions. Build and expand networks with corporates, SOEs, and financial institutions. Collaborate with Trading, Risk, and Compliance to ensure regulatory adherence. Act as a role model in upholding Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and adhering to OJK/BI regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Finance, Economics, or related fields. 5–7 years of experience in Treasury, Trading, or Capital Markets. Treasury Dealer Certification Level 6 & Risk Management Certification Level 5. Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
