Oncology Product Specialist

We’re Hiring | Oncology Product Specialist Territory: Tangerang Selatan, Tangerang & Selected Areas of South Jakarta

We are looking for an experienced Oncology Product Specialist to take ownership of a high-value oncology territory. This role is designed for professionals with strong hospital credibility and established oncologist networks who are ready to operate at a strategic level.

What You’ll Do

Lead execution and growth of the oncology portfolio within the assigned territory

Build and deepen partnerships with Oncologists, Hematologists, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)

Drive sustainable performance through account-based planning and scientific engagement

Act as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals

Manage the territory with high autonomy, ownership, and accountability

What We’re Looking For

3-5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with strong oncology exposure

Established relationships with key referral hospitals and specialist communities

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and professional integrity

Comfortable working independently in a performance-driven environment
