Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Teaching Assistant role based in Bali, Indonesia. The Teaching Assistant will support lead teachers in planning and implementing educational activities, assisting in classroom management, and fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for children. Responsibilities include helping with lesson planning, guiding children during activities, and ensuring their safety and well‑being. The candidate will also collaborate with other staff to ensure the smooth functioning of the program and support the holistic development of the children.

Qualifications

Proficiency in assistant teaching and collaborating effectively with lead educators

Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues

Background in education and knowledge of child development practices

Competence in basic mathematics to support age‑appropriate learning

Experience and comfort working with children in an educational or caregiving setting

Ability to adapt to a dynamic learning environment and provide personalized support

Passion for child development and an interest in nature‑based and Reggio Emilia‑inspired learning

Certification or training in early childhood education is an advantage
