Project Administrator

Human Resources Supervisor @ JYX Packaging | Bachelor's Degree in History PT JJX Tech Indonesia / JYX Packaging is a global leader in luxury and sustainable packaging solutions, working with international brands across cosmetics, fashion, electronics, and wine & spirits. To support our growing project operations, we are looking for a detail‑oriented and organized Project Administrator to ensure smooth coordination and documentation across projects.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to project teams from project initiation to completion.

Prepare and maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.

Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables; follow up on action items.

Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Engineering, Production, QC, Warehouse) to support project execution.

Assist in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and delivery documentation.

Maintain accurate filing and version control of project records.

Support communication with clients and internal stakeholders as required.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in project administration, coordination, or administrative roles (manufacturing industry preferred).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with ERP or project tracking systems is an advantage.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willing to learn and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Able to work in office and factory environments.
