Intervisual is a premium design–build company specializing in high-end residential architecture, construction, and interior projects.
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can build client relationships, identify potential projects, and support business growth in the premium residential market.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both client communication and the design‑build industry, and wants to grow together with a fast‑growing premium company.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential high‑end residential clients
Manage initial client communication and project qualification
Present company services and coordinate early discussions with internal teams
Build strong relationships with architects, property owners, and developers
Support proposal preparation and project opportunities
Maintain follow‑up communication and lead tracking
Work closely with project and design teams to ensure client needs are clearly understood
Requirements
Minimum 5‑10 years experience in business development, sales, or client management
Background in construction, architecture, interior, or property industry preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Confident dealing with professional and high‑end clients
Target‑oriented with strong relationship‑building skills
Proactive, well‑organized, and professional attitude
