Job Description
We are seeking a professional and guest focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences by delivering warm hospitality and seamless service from arrival to departure.
Welcome guests warmly and perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures
Handle room assignments, room changes, and special requests accurately
Provide detailed information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Process payments, verify billing details, and ensure accurate posting of charges
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns
Handle guest complaints effectively and elevate issues when necessary
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Maintain up to date knowledge of room availability and hotel promotions
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
Maintain confidentiality of guest information
Prepare daily reports and complete administrative tasks as required
Upsell rooms and promote hotel services to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue
Qualifications
Minimum of
1–2 years of experience
in Front Office or related hospitality role
Strong knowledge of hotel PMS (e.g., Opera or similar system)
Excellent communication skills in oral and written English (additional languages are an advantage)
Well groomed with professional appearance
