Manager – Les Toilettes Location: Seminyak, Bali

Les Toilettes delivers an unforgettable nightlife experience in Bali. We are seeking a commercially driven and experienced Manager to lead operations, drive revenue, and elevate the venue market position.

Key Responsibilities Oversee full daily operations, ensuring seamless service and guest experience Manage P&L performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability Plan, cost, and execute events, music, and entertainment programs Lead and supervise all operational teams (bar, floor, VIP service) Develop and implement revenue-generating strategies, partnerships, and collaborations Monitor inventory, pricing, and cost control to maximize margins Analyze market trends and competitors to position the venue effectively Ensure compliance with safety, security, and local regulations Handle guest relations and maintain premium service standards KPIs & Performance Metrics Monthly revenue and profitability targets Cost control and margin improvement Event performance and ROI Guest satisfaction and repeat clientele Growth in bookings, table sales, and partnerships

Requirements Based in Bali (on-site) Fluent in English communication Proven experience managing nightlife venues or high-volume bars/clubs Strong P&L management and event costing experience Deep understanding of Bali nightlife market and competitors Leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills Ability to work nights, weekends, and events
