Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define an integrated system strategy aligned with business growth and multi-center expansion.
Build and manage a 12-month roadmap for all back-office and operational platforms.
Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and cost optimization.
Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, scalability, and operational urgency.
Requirement Gathering & System Design
Partner with Operations, Sales, Academic, and Finance teams to understand pain points and workflows.
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
Define project scope, cost estimates, timelines, and success metrics.
Design scalable workflows that improve data accuracy, visibility, and reduce manual work.
Technology & Vendor Management
Evaluate, select, and manage vendors for CRM, LMS, ERP, scheduling, and reporting tools.
Lead RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ) and vendor negotiations.
Define SLAs and ensure delivery quality, timelines, and system reliability.
Oversee system integration, testing, deployment, and data migration.
Manage upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing vendor performance.
Implementation & User Adoption
Lead system rollouts across all education centers.
Develop training materials, SOPs, and user guides for staff.
Drive change management to ensure high adoption and user engagement.
Collect feedback and iterate to improve usability and workflows.
Data, Reporting & Optimization
Establish standardized data structures across systems (students, teachers, sales, finance).
Enable automated dashboards and reporting for operational and financial performance.
Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
Continuously optimize system configurations based on analytics and user feedback.
Governance, Security & Compliance
Ensure data privacy and compliance for student and parent information.
Define and manage access control, authorization levels, and audit trails.
Collaborate with IT and HR on system security, permissions, and governance.
Requirements
Experience & Background
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
3–6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Systems PM or Operations Tech PM.
Strong experience managing internal systems such as CRM, LMS, ERP, scheduling, or finance tools.
Experience working with multi-location or service-based businesses (education, healthcare, retail, or F&B is a plus).
Proven experience managing vendors and third-party system implementations.
