They play a key role in upholding content quality and preventing the dissemination of inappropriate or harmful material.

Key Skills And Experience

Minimum D3 in any major (all majors are welcome)

Excellent communication skills in English and Traditional Chinese Language (written, spoken, listening, and reading) with at least B2 proficiency in both languages.

New graduates are welcome.

No experience required. But it will be a plus point if you have it.

Being able to start working immediately is a strong plus.

BPO experience is a plus.

Must be willing to work in a shifting schedule.

Willing to undergo training.

Willing to work weekends and public holidays.

Willing to be placed in Denpasar, Bali (full WFO).

Responsibility

Review all user-generated content on your platform, including text chats, images, videos, and comments.

Assess whether the content adheres to community guidelines, make sound judgment calls, and remove any material that violates the standards.

Manage content safety for short‑video products to ensure compliance with legal standards.

Be knowledgeable, possess a deep understanding of policies and procedures, and take swift action to identify and remove inappropriate content before it can cause damage.

Manage and address inappropriate content reports, applying company policy.

Coordinate with supervisors to deal with content that violates community guidelines and update operation standards.

Perform audit of contents received for sharing on social media uploads.

Review online videos/content/legal notices received from end‑customer on incorrect decisions taken related to copyright work materials.

Review and update content on popular social‑media platforms.

Exposure to potentially harmful or sensitive content in each shift; personal traits and self‑management skills needed to manage unique risks in a fast‑paced industry.
