Bus Development Officer, Scheduling

Responsibilities

Develop and verify bus service schedules using Hastus or equivalent scheduling software.

Collaborate with Operations and the Land Transport Authority (LTA) for schedule implementation.

Process and analyze bus running times submitted by Operations.

Ensure compliance with LTA service standards and prepare necessary submissions.

Generate schedule comparison tables and reports on fleet and driver requirements, work hours, layovers, and meal breaks.

Support rail disruption operations with scheduling adjustments.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Diploma holder or equivalent.

Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience in scheduling or transport operations.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Experience with Hastus or similar scheduling software is a plus.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
