Key Responsibilities Oversee and validate all calculations related to client selling prices. Ensure accuracy between estimated Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and actual production realization/expenditure.

Key Tasks Calculate price quotations for furniture items Analyze material requirements for production and generate purchase requisition lists for warehouse administration. Compile and report on actual project expenditures and realization Calculate the specific Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) for relevant furniture items. Prepare formal price quotations and Client Budget Plans (RAB/BoQ) within the system.
