Retail Commercial Manager is a strategic role responsible for driving acquisition and retention of SME customers through effective commercial programs, team coaching, and cross‑functional collaboration. This role focuses on revenue growth, capability building at branch level, and ensuring commercial strategies are executed consistently on a national scale
Skills & Qualification
Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Management or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development and Sales within retail industries
At least Supervisor-level leadership experience
Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
Strong leadership and team management capability
Proficient in data analysis, presentation, and data visualization
Responsibilities
Develop and execute acquisition and retention strategies for medium and high‑segment SME customers at a national level
Plan, manage, and control budgets for commercial and marketing programs effectively and efficiently
Design and implement marketing initiatives that support customer acquisition and retention with optimal cost
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure strategies and programs are implemented smoothly
Handle customer onboarding and relationship management as part of acquisition and retention efforts
Coach and develop Branch Business Development (BBD) teams to operate independently, execute plans effectively, and proactively achieve targets in alignment with Branch Head and Regional Head
Monitor and control outstanding invoicing schemes to ensure healthy revenue flow
