Costing Junior Staff

About the role

We are seeking a talented Costing Junior Staff to join our dynamic team at PT Toyota Tsusho Techno Park Indonesia. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing cost accounting support and analysis to ensure the financial success of our operations in Karawang, West Java.

What you’ll be doing

Preparing accurate and timely cost reports and analyses to support decision‑making

Assisting in the development and maintenance of cost accounting systems and processes

Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify cost‑saving opportunities

Providing support in the implementation of cost control measures and budgeting

Participating in the month‑end close process and reconciling cost accounts

Conducting research and analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field

1 year of experience in cost accounting or a similar role

Understanding of manufacturing cost accounting

Familiarity with journal & financial closing process

Familiarity with monthly tax (calculation & report)

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail

Proficiency in using financial and accounting software, such as ERP systems

Knowledge of cost accounting principles, including cost allocation, variance analysis, and budgeting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
