Leading and managing plant staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Ensuring the maintenance and proper functioning of all machinery and equipment. Analysing production data to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Collaborating with other departments to align production goals with overall company objectives. Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective operations.

The Successful Applicant A successful Plant Manager should have: A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Proven experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in plant or production management. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in analysing production data and implementing improvements. Understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance requirements. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
