In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:* **Analyze equipment performance** data such as vibration, thermal, and oil analysis to predict failures and implement Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) or Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), while also planning, supervising, and continuously improving all scheduled, corrective, and emergency maintenance for mechanical equipment.* **Root Cause Analysis (RCA):** Investigate recurring technical failures to identify and eliminate the root cause, ensuring they do not happen again..* Develop and implement repair and maintenance procedures, **troubleshoot equipment** issues, and manage upgrades to optimize resource allocation, prioritize spending, and improve reliability and cost-efficiency while ensuring timeliness and safety standards are met.* **Lead and develop the maintenance staff** to execute accurate, safe, and timely repairs, while c**ontinuously researching new technologies** to enhance team capabilities and reliability strategies.* **Oversee the full equipment life cycle** through cost-effective contractor management and cross-departmental collaboration to seamlessly align maintenance activities with operational needs.**Requirement*** Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering **(Mechanical)** or equivalent.* Experience: **6–15 years in maintenance**, reliability, or engineering roles, preferably within the Palm Oil industry (Midstream/Downstream) or related heavy industries (e.g., oil & gas, manufacturing, processing plants).Have experiences on handling refinery, fractionation, and oleochemical are mandatory requirement* Required technical knowledge: Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA); Vibration Analysis;
