IMPORT SUPERVISOR (FREIGHT FORWARDING)

Placement: CENTRAL JAKARTA Minimum 3 years of experience as an Import Supervisor in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related industries.

Strong understanding of Export-Import Customs Clearance processes as well as Customs and Excise regulations.

Having a Customs Expert Certification will be an advantage.

Familiar with computers and customs systems (CEISA), and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

Strong analytical skills, accustomed to working with data, and able to solve problems logically and systematically.

Good communication skills and fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Strong leadership skills, able to multitask, honest, detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work efficiently according to timelines and procedures.

Job Description Responsible for managing and overseeing the performance of all staff and work activities within the Import Division.

Reporting to and accountable to the Senior Manager for all export and import operational processes.

Developing, implementing, and evaluating systems and workflows within the Import Division.

Conducting analysis and continuous improvement of import operational processes.

Coordinating Import Customer Service activities with relevant operational teams.

Handling, evaluating, and following up on customer complaints related to import operational activities.
