Lean Management & Investment Engineer

We are looking for a motivated

Lean Management & Investment Engineer

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting factory investment projects while driving process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities Manage factory investment projects, including project coordination, bidding processes, compliance control, and equipment import administration Support project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure projects are delivered on time and in accordance with company standards Optimize production processes to improve operational efficiency and product quality Identify and eliminate process waste through continuous improvement and lean initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive productivity improvements and cost reduction

Qualifications Minimum Bachelor’s degree in

Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field 1–3 years of relevant experience in project management, manufacturing, or process improvement Good understanding of project coordination and process optimization Proficient in English (written and spoken) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
