Finance Accounting Manager

Finance and Accounting Assistant Manager Location: East Jakarta & South Jakarta, Jakarta, Indonesia

Responsibilities

Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities

Accounting entries and bookkeeping in compliance with local GAAP

Tax compliance (VAT, Withholding Tax, CIT, etc.)

Handling audits (external auditors and tax audits)

Reporting to the Japan headquarters

Budget control and cash flow management

Internal control and business process improvement

Management and supervision of accounting staff

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience in accounting and finance

Experience as an Accounting Manager or in an equivalent role

Strong practical knowledge of Indonesian accounting and taxation

English proficiency at business level

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in accounting systems / ERP
