Finance & Accounting Supervisor

Manage and supervise all accounting and finance processes Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK Invoicing and other administrative processes for purpose of collecting and maintaining receivables Prepare and issue invoices and tax invoices (faktur pajak) accurately and on time Manage and control internal payments, including vendor and operational payments Calculate, review, and ensure accurate corporate tax calculations and filings Review monthly tax compliance including PPh Articles 21, 22, 23, 4(2), 25, 26, VAT In, and VAT Out Review reconciliation and equalization between tax and accounting records Prepare and review Corporate Income Tax Returns (SPT Badan) Prepare and review Individual Income Tax Returns for expatriates (SPT OP Expatriate) Review salary calculations prepared by HR staff and calculate withholding tax Article 21 using gross and gross-up methods Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting Review and coordinate the accounting team’s work Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and other external parties Ensure all tasks are completed on time, with minimal errors, and in line with company quality standards Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Tax from an accredited university. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting & finance, preferably in a supervisory role Strong understanding of PSAK and Indonesian taxation regulations Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheet Experience in a consulting environment is a strong advantage Able to work independently and lead a team Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong time management skillsCritical has strong analytical thinking, and good dedicated. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. Able to work under deadline and result oriented.
