Confectioner Apprentice Location: Central Jakarta On this full time role as Confectionery Apprentice, you will work closely with our team led by Lead Artisan, assisting in the preparation, producing, presenting and serving the traditional sweets while maintaining the presenting and serving the traditional sweets while maintaining the pristine condition of the confectionery space. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about Japanese confectioney and eager to build a career in this craftmanship. Requirements Fresh graduate in Culinary (Pastry) or up to 2 years of experience in pastry or confectionery, with a passion for wagashi Basic understanding for Japanese wagashi, Japanese confectionery and patisserie is a plus but not a must Eager / high interest and commitment to learn deeply on Japanese confectionery Team player with excellent organizational and time-management skills Creative mindset with attention to detail in design and execution
