Employer Branding Officer

We’re looking for an Employer Branding Officer who will design and execute impactful initiatives that attract high-quality talent, enhance employee engagement, and amplify our company culture across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Execute employer branding initiatives aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and values.

Create and manage compelling content (articles, videos, social media campaigns, digital materials, etc.)

Manage employer branding channels including LinkedIn, career pages, and other digital platforms to increase visibility and engagement.

Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to plan and execute recruitment-related events such as job fairs, campus hiring programs, and career talks.

Organize and support internal engagement events to reinforce company culture and employee experience.

Track and analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversion, talent pipeline metrics) and provide data‑driven recommendations.

Build and maintain partnerships with universities, professional communities, and relevant institutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.

3 years of experience in Employer Branding, Talent Attraction, Corporate Communication, Digital Marketing, or related areas.

Proficient in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar) and strong copywriting skills.

Good understanding of SEO and digital content optimization.

Strong understanding of digital marketing and content strategy.
