Key Responsibilities Social Media Management

Manage day-to-day operations of social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Youtube)

Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand and campaign goals.

Publish, schedule, and monitor content performance across platforms.

Respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.

Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Content Creation

Collaborate with inhouse content producer to create high-quality content including images, short videos, reels, stories, captions, and basic motion graphics.

Develop creative concepts for campaigns, launches, and social media activations.

Write engaging, on-brand copy for posts, captions, and short-form content.

Collaborate with graphic designers on making marketing collaterals to be published on social media.

Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and visual identity.

Qualifications & Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia, Design, or a related field (preferred).

Skills

Proficient in content creation tools such as Adobe and Capcut.

Proficient in Meta Business Suites.

Great understanding of social media platforms and trends.

Good knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.

Strong communication and storytelling skills.

Creative, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
