Full-time Guide prospective B2B and B2C customers with their study abroad options after understanding their profile and needs. Answer inquiries from customers related to Kobi Educations's products. Provide strategy on scholarship application. Coordinate with sales and study abroad division. Stay updated with trends related with study abroad. Provide coaching sessions to assist current study abroad mentees in tackling obstacles during scholarship preparation. Conduct onboarding session to new joiners in study abroad program.

Requirements Bachelor's or master's graduate from overseas university, any major. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in student advising, counseling, or study abroad coordination. Fully funded scholarship awardee. Good communication skill. Understanding of academic programs, admissions processes, and visa requirements for studying abroad. Passionate about education and working with people with diverse backgrounds. Strong empathy and active listening skill. Preferable domicile: Jabodetabek. Available to work in Hybrid (WFH +WFO) Jakarta.
