Accounting Staff (E-Commerce / TikTok & Shopee)

Accounting Staff (E-Commerce / TikTok & Shopee) We are a growing fashion e-commerce brand looking for a highly organized Accounting Staff who is comfortable working with

non-standard internal systems . Your primary role is to:

Operate the founder’s existing bookkeeping structure,

Translate & standardize it using proper accounting principles,

Improve accuracy as the business grows,

Manage all financial tracking for TikTok Shop & Shopee,

Support the team with clean, real-time financial reporting.

This is not a conventional accounting role — we need someone who can

think, adapt, and build structure , not just input numbers.

Responsibilities Reconcile TikTok Shop exports, Shopee “Dana Dilepas,” and dashboard analytics.

Standardize the current system into

proper accounting format

(accruals, cash flow, matching principle).

Ensure accurate tracking of:

GMV (TikTok & Shopee)

Platform fees (all categories)

Discounts & commissions

COGS per SKU

Inventory movement & stock valuation

Prepare monthly P&L, cash flow, and expense breakdown.

Identify errors, inconsistencies, and propose improvements.

Assist with year-end reporting and tax-related documents ( NO need to do tax filing yourself ).

Work directly with the founder to refine the system as sales scale up.

Requirements Min. D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience in

e-commerce accounting

is a strong plus (TikTok/Shopee).

Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliation).

Detail-oriented and comfortable working with multiple data sources.

Able to learn fast and follow non-standard systems before transitioning them into standardized form.

Honest, structured, and able to point out mistakes with clarity.

Passionate about accuracy and continuous improvement.

Preferred (but not required) Familiarity with e-commerce dashboards & CSV reports.

Ability to build automated sheets & dashboards.
