Leverage SAP ; Dashboard applications for increasing efficiency and supporting business. Standardization of IT practices at Indonesia, Philippines & Thailand in the OS business. WAN Connectivity across the business as service provider costs and local regulations vary and are difficult to control. Identifying, upgrading and retention of IT team members due to rapid enhancement in technology; learning opportunities and lean team size hence succession planning is a challenge Developing a common data centre for business due to different requirements,specifications and regulations in the geographies and countries we operate Manage 6 Unit business under him : MIS, Security Policy, SAP Implementation, Application Development, Support Services, People Management.
