Overview

Execution arm of the SDU (Strategy Delivery Unit) – mainly incubating strategic priority projects and own and lead the design / roll‑out of transformation initiatives or activities before handing over to the responsible BUs (Business Units)

Provide support in delivery, coordinating tasks, following through on actions, and ensuring initiatives move from plan to reality

Key Responsibilities Own, lead and drive strategic priority projects of agency BU during the incubation period with execution mindset

Develop strategy / design solutions depending on scope of the project

Define project scope, timeline / workplan, estimate impact that is linked to overall business plan (if applicable)

(Operates like the strategy team / initiative owners)

Current Priority Projects

Product Track: Focus on planning, strategizing, and managing product distribution / placement through agency salesforce by collaborating closely with the product team and the agency salesforce and support teams

Regional Strategy Track: Focus on developing regional strategy, covering customer/agency proposition, recruiting, product, etc. and roll‑out plan (incl. the handover plan to BU if needed)

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major

4-6 years of experience in project management, business transformation, change management, or other relevant field

Strategic thinking

Action‑oriented problem solvers with strong analytical and project‑management skills

Comfortable co‑creating workplans and directly executing tasks in fast‑moving transformation environments

Strong communication skills to engage with different stakeholders (e.g., functional teams, regional stakeholders)
