In Industrial Relations, you play a vital role in shaping a stable, compliant, and supportive work environment. Your work ensures that employees feel heard, regulations are followed, and the company maintains strong relationships with external stakeholders such as the Ministry of Manpower and Immigration. Through clarity, empathy, and professionalism, you help create a workplace where productivity and people can flourish together.

As an Industrial Relations Officer, you’ll oversee the implementation of labor regulations, manage employee relations, handle grievances, and maintain government reporting and compliance. Your focus is to ensure harmonious relations, minimize risk, and strengthen governance—so the organization can operate with confidence and integrity at every level.

What You’ll Do

Implement industrial relations practices to maintain a harmonious relationship between employees and the company.

Communicate company policies and labor‑related regulations to employee representatives and all employees.

Monitor, evaluate, and ensure the company’s compliance with Labor Law and manpower regulations.

Prepare and submit required Ministry of Manpower reports, including company regulation updates and mandatory manpower reporting.

Build and maintain communication with Ministry of Manpower, Immigration, and other external agencies.

Follow up and coordinate investigations related to violations of company regulations.

Handle employee complaints, manage grievances, and facilitate counseling with relevant stakeholders.

Manage foreign worker (TKA) administration, vendor/third‑party relations, and support governance related to industrial and employee relations.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Law with a solid understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and industrial relations principles.

2–5 years of experience in Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, or related HR legal functions.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, manpower regulations, and compliance requirements.

Experience handling communication with government agencies such as Ministry of Manpower and Immigration.

Proven ability to manage employee grievances, complaint handling, and structured conflict resolution.

Strong documentation skills for preparing manpower reports, IR documentation, and regulatory submissions.

Detail‑oriented with the ability to identify process improvements and cost‑saving opportunities in IR operations.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams, unions, and external partners.
