SMT Technician

Qualifications

At least 3 years of relevant working experience

Able to operate, flexa program and do troubleshooting (mechanical & electrical) on Fuji NXT & XPF Machine

Able to set up Solder Paste Printing machine

Able to do temperature profiling for Reflow Oven

Good analytical skill for quality issues at SMT

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Able to work in a team and independently

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Willing to work on shift
