Job Description
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
Offer and market property products (houses, shop houses, etc.) to prospective clients
Follow up potential clients through phone calls, messaging apps, and in-person meetings
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process until completion
Provide clear and detailed information regarding property specifications, pricing, payment schemes, and ongoing promotions
Conduct site visits with prospective buyers
Achieve sales targets as determined by the company
Assist in sales administration processes, including booking fees, mortgage (KPR) applications, and contract signings
Participate in promotional activities such as property exhibitions, open houses, and other marketing events
Qualifications
Minimum education : Diploma degree (D3) in any mayor
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Property Sales or Sales Marketing is preferred.
Target- and results-oriented; good English proficiency is a plus
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Honest, responsible, have initiative, want to learn and develop
Neat and professional appearance
