Position Finance Controller & Finance, Treasury, Budget Control Manager

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (parent and consolidated).

Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial and management reports.

Prepare regulatory reports for Bank Indonesia (BI), OJK, and IDX.

Coordinate audit processes (internal & external) and prepare supporting documentation.

Review and validate GL postings, revenue, cost, and settlement transactions.

Improve reporting efficiency through automation and dashboard enhancements.

Maintain proper documentation and access control for financial reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (mandatory).

Minimum 6–8 years of experience in financial reporting.

At least 1 year of experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP).

Experience in a listed/public company is preferred.

Strong understanding of BI, OJK, and IDX regulatory reporting requirements.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Table, SUMIFS) and PowerPoint proficiency.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong coordination skills.

Proven capability to handle responsibilities at Assistant Manager level, including cross-functional coordination and reporting oversight.
