Senior Specifier

Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, developer, or community to understand project specifications and requirements Developing clear and concise specifications for materials, products, and systems that align with project requirements and regulations. Gathering information about ongoing projects managed by architectural and interior design teams. Collaborate with sales team to provide technical support and assist in product selection for clients & event team to gather participants Resolving any issues related to specifications or product selection during the project lifecycle Requirements:

Candidate must possses at least Bachelor Degree (in Architecture/civil engineering/interior design would be an advantage) Familiar to explain specification of products to architect/contractor/developer/interior designer Experienced as specifier/product consultant in building material would be an advantage Have good communication skilll, proactive, & target oriented Ready to be assigned for business trip Willing to be placed at Jakarta/Surabaya
