Role Description This is a contract role for a Sales Administrator, based on-site at our Mataram location. The Sales Administrator will oversee day-to-day sales operations, including processing customer orders, responding to client inquiries, coordinating sales activities, and providing administrative support to the sales team. The individual will work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure efficient communication and service delivery.

Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction Proficiency in Order Processing and Sales to handle transactions and support sales activities effectively Experience in Administrative Assistance to manage documentation, schedules, and internal coordination Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment Previous experience in hospitality or a similar customer-facing industry is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
