Job Description
Adtree Digital is looking for a
Business Development Executive
who will focus on expanding
TikTok Go
partnerships by acquiring merchants across
Dining, Accommodation, and Attractions
categories.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and acquire new merchants (F&B, hotels, villas, attractions, leisure partners) to join TikTok Go.
Manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding process until listings go live (administration, coordination, content approval).
Develop barter-value collaboration opportunities with existing TikTok Go merchants.
Maintain strong and longโterm relationships with merchant partners.
Collaborate with internal teams (Account, KOL, Creative, Operations) to ensure smooth execution of TikTok Go campaigns.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new partnership opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on pipeline, acquisition progress, and performance.
Requirements
Minimum
1โ2 years of experience
in Business Development / Partnerships / Merchant Acquisition.
Background in
e-commerce ,
OTA/travel platforms , or
digital agencies with TikTok Go collaboration
is strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of merchant partnership processes and general BD workflows.
Strong network in F&B, hospitality, or attractions is a plus.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and pitching skills.
Target-driven with strong negotiation abilities.
Detail-oriented, especially in handling administrative tasks (agreements, onboarding forms, deal sheets).
Mobile and flexible, comfortable conducting merchant visits when needed.
Positive attitude, fast learner, and strong sense of ownership.
