This role also supports audits, budgeting, and financial analysis to assist management decision-making. Responsibilities

Prepare and review journal entries, general ledger, and account reconciliations Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing Prepare financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or variances Finance Operations

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and petty cash Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities Assist in cost control and expense monitoring Internal Control & Administration

Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and company policies Maintain proper documentation of financial records Support improvements in accounting processes and systems Team & Coordination

Provide guidance and support to junior finance/accounting staff Coordinate with other departments regarding financial and accounting matters Support ad-hoc financial tasks as required by management Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum

3–5 years
