Contract & Document Management

Draft, review, revise, and negotiate various types of contracts and legal documents in

Chinese, English, and Bahasa Indonesia .

Legal Advisory & Support

Provide timely and accurate legal advice to multiple business units (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, etc.).

Risk Assessment

Conduct legal risk assessments for business activities and provide compliant recommendations.

Regulatory Compliance

Monitor updates in Indonesian laws and regulations, evaluate business impact, and conduct internal compliance training.

Dispute Resolution

Assist in handling litigation, arbitration, and dispute cases, including coordinating with external law firms.

Risk Management: Identify legal risks in daily operations and recommend preventive measures.

Team & Resource Management: Guide and supervise junior legal specialists.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree or above in

Law

from a reputable university.

Legal Qualification

Must have passed the

Legal Profession Qualification Exam

and hold a

valid legal practice license .

Experience

Minimum

3 years of legal experience .

Experience in both a reputable law firm and in-house department is preferred.

Team management experience is a plus.

Professional Skills

Strong knowledge of

Indonesian commercial law .

Excellent bilingual contract drafting, negotiation, and communication skills ( Bahasa Indonesia & English ) at working proficiency level.

Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Good business acumen with the ability to balance legal risks and business goals.

Able to

speak and write fluent Mandarin .
