Qualifications Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or luxury villa setting is preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift or move heavy objects when necessary.
