Finance & Accounting Manager

to join our team.

Responsibilities Lead and manage the daily operations of the Finance & Accounting department.

Oversee the company’s financial systems and ensure their effectiveness.

Monitor and manage cash flow.

Manage company risks, including hedging and foreign currency exposure.

Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Build and sustain good relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks.

Set performance metrics (KPIs), monitor team performance, and provide coaching and mentoring.

Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.

At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Strong understanding of IFRS.

Familiarity with ERP systems.

Good knowledge of business operations.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Proficiency in English is required.
