Job Description As a Boutique Manager (Luxury), your main

responsibilities

will include:

Overseeing daily boutique operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement and

loyalty .

Managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock control.

Analysing sales data and preparing reports for senior management.
