Direct Sales Supervisor

Key Qualifications

Education: Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) in any major.

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Direct Sales (experience in the ISP/Telecommunications industry is a plus).

Skill Set: Proven ability in territory mapping, door-to-door (canvassing) strategies, and meeting aggressive sales targets.

Leadership: Strong communication skills with the ability to develop, train, and motivate a sales force.

Location: Based in or willing to be stationed in Solo, Central Java.
