Responsibilities

End-to-End Video Editing -

Execute complete video projects using industry-standard editing software from raw footage import through final export and delivery.

Workflow Documentation -

Articulate editing decisions, sequencing choices, and problem-solving techniques through clear written and verbal explanations.

Asset Organization -

Organize, label, and manage raw footage, audio tracks, graphics, and exported files for efficient team handoff and archiving.

Narrative & Pacing -

Apply timing expertise to structure compelling video stories with optimal visual flow, transitions, and audience engagement.

Quality Refinement -

Refine rough cuts, optimize transitions, color grade, and solve technical/creative challenges for professional results.

Required Skills

Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, similar)

Strong narrative timing and visual storytelling skills

Asset management and file organization expertise

Comfortable working independently in remote environment
