About the role We are seeking fresh graduates with D3 or S1 in Pharmaceutical (Farmasi) to join our pharmaceutical Sales Support. In this full‑time position, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in their daily activities.

What you'll be doing You will be assigned to assist a sales executive, which in turn will mentor you on how to be successful and effective in this business.

Continuously stay updated on market trends, competitor activity and new product developments.

What we’re looking for

Fresh graduates with D3 or S1 in Pharmaceutical (Farmasi).

Possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

Enjoy sales support work, be energetic, creative, and have excellent communication skills.

Highly dedicated and responsible.

Understand the products or services offered by the company.

Possess a strong work ethic, honesty, self‑motivation, and initiative.

Able to memorize and understand product specifications.

Able to negotiate and build good relationships with customers and internal teams.

Able to manage documents, reports, and sales administration.

Proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
