Lead and manage all financial functions for the retail property business (mall), including financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, reporting, and compliance. Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and profitability.

Financial Strategy Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.

Provide financial analysis and recommendations for decision-making.

Budget & Forecast Oversee annual budgeting and forecasting processes.

Monitor budget performance and analyze variances.

Ensure accurate and timely financial reports in compliance with standards.

Present financial performance to senior management.

Cash Flow Management Manage cash flow to maintain optimal liquidity.

Supervise banking relationships and treasury activities.

Compliance & Risk Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and internal policies.

Identify financial risks and implement mitigation plans.

Lead and develop the finance team to achieve objectives.

Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Coordination Collaborate with tenants, vendors, auditors, and external partners.

Support contract negotiations from a financial perspective.

Qualifications

Minimum bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting

Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with 5 years in senior management.

Strong background in property/mall/retail industry.

Knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and property regulations.

Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
