Role Overview We are looking for passionate, driven individuals who are ready to make their mark in the world of fashion. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll play a key part in helping us elevate everyday fashion.

What You’ll Do: Develop and manage preventive & corrective maintenance schedules for all stores Coordinate daily with the BEM team to resolve maintenance issues promptly Create Purchase Orders (PO) and monitor inventory of maintenance supplies to ensure stock availability Ensure all

stores are well-maintained, safe, and operationally ready Design bazaar layouts and support the Project, Sales, and Operations teams during mall bazaar events Conduct vendor negotiations to ensure cost efficiency and service quality Prepare and submit weekly maintenance and operational reports

We’re Looking For: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Interior Design or Visual Communication Design 2-3 year of working experience in the same field of work Familiar on AutoCAD & SketchUp Good written and verbal communication skills in English Responsible person with ability to work independently in a team environment
