Job Description The Senior Engineering role is a high-level technical position responsible for ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of our green energy system designs. You will bridge the gap between high-level management strategy and ground-level technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

Detailed Design & Engineering:

Develop and review comprehensive engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and layouts for Renewable Energy systems (Solar, Wind, or Hydro).

Technical Calculations:

Perform complex calculations regarding load flow, short circuits, energy yield assessments, and system stability.

Technical Advisory:

Provide expert technical advice during the procurement process, including evaluating vendor bids and verifying component specifications.

Mentorship:

Supervise and provide technical guidance to Junior Engineers and Drafters to ensure high-quality technical output.

Site Supervision:

Conduct site visits and technical audits to ensure that construction and installation align with the approved engineering designs.

Standardization:

Develop and maintain internal engineering standards and SOPs for the company’s green energy portfolio.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.

A minimum of 5–7 years of working experience in the engineering field, specifically within the power industry or renewable energy sector.

Substantial experience in managing technical documentation and engineering workflows.

Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD, PVSyst, ETAP, Helioscope, or similar engineering simulation tools.

Strong knowledge of PLN Grid Codes, Indonesian National Standards (SNI), and international standards such as IEC or IEEE.

Experience in conducting Feasibility Studies (FS) and Detailed Engineering Design (DED) for power plants.

Knowledge of Energy Management Systems (EMS) and SCADA is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail and high analytical precision.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Fluent in English (written and spoken) for technical reporting and coordination with international vendors.

Demonstrates the AKHLAK core values in daily professional conduct.
