Project Manager – French Speaking Salary: to c€63,000 Location: Europe (remote)

We are partnering with a fast-growing, international technology-driven organisation transforming the insurance ecosystem across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to deliver complex, client-facing and internal transformation initiatives. You will play a key role within a high-performing PMO environment, working across cross-functional and cross-country teams. The role offers strong visibility with senior stakeholders and real ownership of delivery outcomes. Main Responsibilities Deliver client-focused and internal projects within agreed scope, timeframes, and budgets Define project scope, objectives, governance structures, and success criteria Develop detailed project plans, manage critical paths, and ensure resource alignment Lead stakeholder engagement including steering committees, stand-ups, and status reporting Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and change requests Oversee full project lifecycle including requirements gathering, documentation, performance tracking, and project closure

Key Requirements 4+ years’ experience in Project Management or Scrum Master roles Fluent English and French (written and spoken); additional European language advantageous Living in Europe with full right to work (Portugal ideal but open) Priority will be given to matching candidates with availability or shorter notice periods. Proven experience delivering client-facing solutions within insurance technology Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across cross-functional teams Solid understanding of Agile and/or traditional project management methodologies (formal certification advantageous)
