Associate Product Finance Manager

Job Description

Responsible for monthly financial statement closing on accurate and timely manner

Perform reconciliation, verify discrepancies, and resolve with third parties for any settlement issues

Maintain financial account balances and movement and support financial audit

Analyze monthly movement financial figure fluctuation

Work across departments to gain insight, promptly addressing and resolving any matters in a timely and efficient manner

Play role in continuous process improvement to improve efficiency and opportunities for automation

Perform ad-hoc requests as needed

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (GPA at least 3.30)

3 or more years experience in finance or accounting, preferably Audit Firm or Accounts Payable from a fast-paced industry with high volume of transactions

Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. Experience in managing extensive spreadsheets and utilizing accounting software applications such as Oracle and SAP, among others

Highly motivated individual with a demonstrated ability for rapid self-education and a positive outlook

Flexible with capability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines to facilitate well in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization

Strong ability to solve real-time, abrupt problems by liaising with and/or escalating to multiple parties internally and externally

Demonstrated proficiency in both written and oral communication in the English language
