IT Programmer ( Temporary 3 Month)

Watsons Indonesia, a leading health and beauty retailer, is seeking a passionate IT Programmer to join our dynamic team on a temporary 3-month contract. As an IT Programmer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our cutting-edge digital systems, contributing to the overall success of our operations in the Jakarta area.

What you'll be doing Developing and implementing new software applications and features to enhance our digital platforms

Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring our systems are running smoothly and efficiently

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Optimising existing code and systems to improve performance and user experience

Documenting your work and sharing knowledge with the wider IT team

What we're looking for A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as an IT Programmer or Software Developer

Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++

Experience in designing, developing, and deploying applications in a cloud-based environment

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
