Senior Legal Associate

As a Senior Legal Associate, you will play a crucial role in guarding the company's legal operation, becoming a strategic advisor to executives, and creating legal strategies. This position will expose and utilize your skills in high-level corporate actions, from capital markets to mergers & acquisitions, as well as litigation, which gives you an opportunity to shape strategic and impactful business outcomes across United Tractors and our subsidiaries. As a Senior Legal Associate, you will play a significant role in: Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics, including, but not limited to, labor law, partnerships, international ventures, and corporate finance. Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies. Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues. Communicate and negotiate with external parties (i.e., regulators, external counsel, public authority) to create relations of trust. Draft and solidify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights. Requirements 3 to 5 years of legal experience(s) in Corporate and Law Firms. Minimum bachelor's degree in Law. Strong values in integrity, fast learner, collaborative mindset and attitudes, strong communication, and negotiation skills. Fluent in English and able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence. Preferred qualifications: strong knowledge and extensive experience in the capital market, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate actions.
