About the Role
ECA Group is seeking an
Insights & Market Research Manager
to design and implement a scalable framework for collecting, analysing, and reporting on student and agent sentiment.
You will manage surveys, interviews, and market analysis, transforming raw data into clear insights that support strategic decision-making across recruitment, marketing, product, student services, and partner engagement.
This role is ideal for an analytical, curious, data-driven researcher who wants to create meaningful change by giving leaders the intelligence needed to improve student outcomes and grow market share.
Key Responsibilities
Build ECAโs end-to-end research framework covering student and agent trust, satisfaction, brand preference and decision drivers
Design and manage surveys, focus groups, interviews and pulse checks across multiple brands and markets
Create insight dashboards and reporting structures for brand health, competitive benchmarking, and opportunity identification
Build student and agent personas by market
Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to uncover trends, risks and opportunities
Produce clear, concise insight summaries and recommendations for senior leadership
Work with marketing, product, admissions and student experience teams to embed insights into decision-making
Deliver regular reporting cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual)
Build a repeatable, scalable research model that becomes a core capability for ECA
Manage research tools, databases and platforms
Ensure data quality, integrity and ethical research practices across the group
As the successful candidate, you will ideally have:
Excellent written and spoken English with clear analytical communication
5 years of experience in market research, insights, analytics or customer intelligence
Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills
Ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights
Experience with tools such as SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Google Forms, Tableau, Power BI or similar
Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for understanding customer motivations
Experience in education, SaaS or service industries (preferred but not essential)
